Drop-off and pickup
We're drop-off only, so we don't come to you. After you book, we text you to confirm, and that text has the drop-off address.
Bring the car at your time and hand over the keys. Take out valuables and anything you'll need while it's with us.

Where do I drop off?
We're in San Antonio. The exact address comes in your confirmation text once your spot is booked.
Am I booked as soon as I send the form?
Not yet. The form sends a request. You're booked once you get our confirmation text.
How long does it take?
What should I take out of my car?
Valuables, cash and anything you'll need that day. Car seats can stay, but taking them out lets us clean underneath.
Can you get every stain out?
Most stains come out. Old, set-in stains can fade without fully disappearing, and we'll tell you up front if that's the case.
What if I'm running late or need to cancel?
